Happy Birthday Scott!!  We wish you and Ann were here  !! It has been a very busy few days!  We decided to take a side trip to Chattanooga, TN.  The journey will add an extra few days onto our travels as we will have to back track to get to the Tennessee Tom Bigbee waterway.

We’re really doing this!!!!!!  We started rolling on the Mighty Mississippi today! Our greeting party at Little Rock landing as we passed by our “home port” of Ste. Gen! We were so fortunate to have Steph and Greg Gremminger capture some aerial photos.   Our first night at Kaskaskia Lock spent with 8 other loopers!

Leon crewed with Mike from Demopolis, Alabama to Green Turtle Bay Resort in Grand Rivers, Kentucky.  Lynn and I joined them for a boat ride through the canal and dinner at the Thirsty Turtle.  We drove Leon home and  Mike’s brother Paul crewed from Green Turtle Bay to Alton, Illinois.
