March 19, Travel Day 58, Georgetown

We left Charleston Harbor, Safe Harbor Marina own March 19.  we traveled on the intercostal about 6 hours and 58 minutes, arriving at an anchorage called Duck Creek Anchorage.  We spent the night there, it was a wide anchorage with room for swinging with the current.  We grilled burgers and as usual when at anchor….early to bed!

This stretch of the ICW is secluded.  We did see dolphins swimming, Mike saw at least 50 dolphins swim around the boat…I was on the phone below getting our next reservation and missed it!

Chris and Laura from Miracle were planning to anchor south of us but ended up at our anchorage due to shallow water.  We had about 9 foot of water and the tide raised it 4 foot during the night.
